Our first meeting, is the most important moment!
We will meet each other and we will get to know you, your personalities and listen to your love story. We will grasp every detail of it, which can be the key of the fil rouge of your wedding. During the meeting we will discuss your desires, expectations, and the overall vision and specific needs for your wedding. Each choice will reflect you. It will be the moment where you will be surprised by yourself and each other. It will be the beginning of your emotional journey, just as we like it!

PLANNING
Every bride dreams of having the perfect wedding, but a stress-free planning can be quite a task.
We will provide a timing plan that lists tasks and organizational phases to make your wedding efficiently planned. Our task will be to mark the times within which you will have to make your decisions. We will help you in this and we will be able to really offer you the best vendors of the wedding industry, who will be able to reflect your tastes and needs.

After emotional aspects we will start to discuss the budget to allocate for your special wedding day. Once it has been decided each cost will be allocated to each detail and activity that cannot be missed on your special day. There are many cost variables that affect the budget and we will support you to efficiently split it up and guarantee the cost in line with the market.

SCOUTING LOCATION
We are always researching unique destinations and venues in Italy and around the world. Based on your criteria of your event we will find the location that can be the magic place that enhances your wedding. Wherever you are dreaming of your special day, in an ancient wedding villa, in a castle or in a historic residence, we will select the perfect location for you in line with the budget and logistical criteria identified together. We will arrange appointments at venues selected and when you will find the right location, we will negotiate the contract on your behalf and we will define the best features with location managers to create the right atmosphere to make your once-in-a-lifetime wedding.

WEDDING PROJECT
The creative phase starts now! First of all, we listen your ideas and wishes and based on what we learn from you, Serena and her team will start by creating your wedding project. Inspired by you, we will share our ideas through an inspirational moodboard, where we will set the color palette, style and design of every detail of the wedding. In this phase we will convey the true essence of the event, what you will go to see, touch, eat, the scent in which you will be immersed and the sounds you will have the pleasure of hearing. In this way you will be able to perceive the true experience that you will live on the day of your unforgettable elegant wedding in Italy or in the world.

SUPPLIERS
Each vendor has been carefully chosen year by year. Based on your needs we will identify the most suitable partners to involve and we will support you in their coordination during all organizational phases, from managing and negotiating contracts to wedding day coordination. Only a network of valid vendors can make a wedding successful just as it was planned and designed.

We will periodically organize meetings to check the organizational plan, we will help you to make the right choices and feel your every single emotion together.

It is one of the most important steps before the wedding day! We will plan and discuss all final details, where all services chosen by couples will be confirmed and the guidelines will be set that all the people involved will have to follow for performing your unique and unforgettable wedding.

WEDDING DAY COORDINATION
Here we are, your special day has arrived and Serena and her team will coordinate your wedding day. We will supervise and collaborate to set up and dismantle all furniture and we will collaborate with all suppliers involved having one goal: what has been planned and designed is carried out in any detail.
